Pastor Kendall Schlittler
Pastor Kendall Schlittler and his wife, Karen, were married in 1981. That same year he graduated from Blackhawk Technical Institute with a Mechanical Design degree. Kendall and Karen were both born and raised in Brodhead, WI where they also raised their (3) children; Brielle, Lydia, and Ian. After 25+ yrs. as a Mechanical Designer, Kendall followed the call to pastoral ministry becoming a Licensed Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church. In 2006 he was appointed to serve the congregation of Black Hawk-Bethlehem. In 2012 he graduated from Garrett Evangelical’s Course of Study for LLP’s. In 2023, Kendall retired as a LLP in the United Methodist Church, but continues to serve as Pastor of the non-denominational BhBC. Kendall and Karen take joy in ministering with the congregation using the various gifts God has given. Kendall puts it this way; “We are partners in life and ministry…I can’t imagine a better way of living out the call to love and serve Christ with our whole being.”
